Why I didn't receive a message in my mail

Mister Fizzle, I received another E-mail today about my console-same code, same message. I did my confirmation on the first E-mail the day I received it and have my MS Store confirmation E-mail. But I did not receive anything over Xbox Live messages. So
it was nice that they resent E-mails just in case someone missed the first one, but the notices are not getting through on the messages on Xbox Live. Also thank you again for the free console-Forza 5. It was an awesome surprise and will never forget it. Xbox
is the best and that's why I support it in every way I do.

Hey there. Same as WolvesFan 84, I've received a Xbox message on the 11/11 telling me that I'll be offered Killer Instinct but I didn't received any mail about that (trash checked too).

I didn't receive my code until the day the demo was released. I had e-mailed gamestop, through their power up customer support and I received an e-mail back with in 24hrs.
