Why I can't talk with your support?

I've tried to enter for chat support, but I didn't found any way, only option were to chat with bot which asked me for my phone number, I don't wanted to be called, but I'm so angry for not working Store, I've decided to pass my number for this bot. But by some reason this bot always have problem with my number, and doesn't propose chat service instead.

How to enter chat? Because I'm not intend to ask for support in my live place language.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox forums! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a callback error with our Assist system.

I have escalated this post to heads of our Assist team who worked on a similar problem with Australian customers last week. I will update this reply with any updates as I receive them.

Hello Voidable,

Follow this little guide we created for traversing the different options when requesting a call.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
