This might help also, some other reasons why authorization errors occur:-

The credit card has not been activated.

The credit card was declined because of insufficient funds.

The credit card can't accept online purchases.

The card was reported as lost or stolen.

The credit card company is intentionally preventing the card from being used.

You can't remove followers

You can remove friends from your friends list though but not followers

The followers list cant be changed except from the followers remove themselves from your followers list

If it is your followers list you are talking about that would 've confusing support here

Those are seperate lists

Friends list you control

Followers arent added or removed by you and that isnt a bug

You can keep your profile private is the best you can do

By dsetting contacts to friends only but that won't stop followers from following you

You can't remove followers on any platform

the only thing you can try is to Block someone to see what that will do. And if their message was insulting then feel free to report that message.

On Xbox One there is a difference between friends and followers. People are friends if you both follow each other, but someone is a follower if it's only from one side.
So it's quite normal to see people in the Followers list that aren't friends of you.
