Why i cant play COD modern warfare 2019 campaing

I'm sorry you're going through this problem, I found a thread about a problem similar to yours in the Microsoft community and I'm going to recommend the steps suggested by an Xbox ambassador.

Go to “My games and apps” > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to “manage games and add-ons” > Click on the game icon.

Make sure these packages are installed:

Modern Warfare - Campaign Pack 1
Modern Warfare - Campaign Pack 2
Modern Warfare - Multiplayer Pack
Modern Warfare - Special Ops Pack 1

Have you gotten this error on COD Modern Warfare (2019)? If so, that means that your maps are probably corrupted. I suggest reinstalling modern warfare.

Try what the Adviser has posted in this thread as it worked for the OP there and is the same issue (no guarantee it will work but worth a try):

I literally just bit the bullet and went all in for the CoD: Modern Warfare Operator Enhanced edition.

I'm actually not a huge fan of the COD B04 unrealistic nature of the game, but MW looks amazing.
