    When i go and try to pay the only option it gives is that to pay whit a credit card, i wanna pay whit my microsoft money... what do i do wrong?

    I've accidentally added gold membership to my Microsoft account and not my sons how can I transfer this?

    Please help?!?!

    Ok so i have a free account right now and im trying to get gold membership back and i owe microsoft 20 bucks for a late fee and i have my debit card with cash on it and i was wondering where i find this late fee to pay it and than get my xbox live back
    on gold membership if anyone knows where i can please help and thank you? oh yeah and i have already been to my microsoft billing site and couldnt find it either

    Well for one thing you didn't buy the right card

    First ms Pointe or currerncy cards were never used for subscriptions

    If you want prepaid membership card you should have bought one

    It says it right in the card only for Dlc and movies and music

    That being said you can still use.It for Dlc

    Any dashboard membership requires a renewable payment option like debit credit or PayPal as autorenewal is.needed

    If you don't want autorenewal you have to forgo deals on memberships wind jusat buy fully paid membership cards

    account suspended due to problem with payment option

    I got the same problem i have fixed my payment option and its correct but its still tells me to update the payment option... this is just waste of money i have paid for my gold membership and it ends at 01.04.2013 and i can't even logg in to my account,
    so please help me whit this unnecessary issue.

    No game service uses currency cards for memberships there is a reason why membership cards are still avaiablr for prepaid customers. You just don't get the same deals as dashboard deals

    Paying past due amount using Microsoft account money

    My gold membership is past due. So now it's suspended and i cannot pay the past due amount with the money i have in my Microsoft account.... The past due amount is 10 dollars and i got 21 dollars in my Microsoft account... Help please
    The only way to pay a past due amount is via either a debit/credit card or paypal account.
