Heads up, I just checked, and the same thing is happening with my friends list on my Xbox console and PC, so it could be a temporary issue.

Even so, I recommend that you try the following procedure to see if it solves it:

1. In your console settings, go to the "Account" section and select the "Delete accounts" option and choose the account in question. This will delete your profile from the console, but you will not lose any of its data, don't worry. .

2. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

3. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

I'm having the same problem and it happens on and off randomly, i also can't see any of my friends on my friends list and can't invite people anything, why did i spend 450$ on a product that only works half the time

No one can access their friends lists or send invites. My friend and I can't either. What's going on and why isn't this a service alert?
