    Hallo, i bought the Game at first as normal Version.

    After that i bought the deluxe Version at the Store.

    Why i can't Play it now.

    What exactly is the error message you get there when you tried to access the game Diablo IV?

    Please confirm on your order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if your transaction for the Digital Deluxe version went through successfully and says completed.

    Diablo 4 doesn't install

    FYI, I could fix the issue by going to systems settings and check for system updates. A firmware update was found and installed and afterwards i could download and install D4 without further problems

    Have you tried this way?

    In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button  on your controller, select Manage game and add-ons, select the game box in the upper right corner of the screen, then choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This will show a list of items including the base game and any available add-ons or game features. Select the checkbox for each item you want to install (or uncheck to uninstall), and then select Save changes.
