Why I can’t download back my 360 profile.

It’s been a month since I haven’t played my 360 because my live profile (eminyork) had problems. There was a message that says, “Sorry, there was a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in” the code is 8015190A. I change my password, didn’t work, I make a new sign in alias, also didn’t work, I enable 2 step verification, didn’t work, and today, my hard drive came. I put in my console and I transfer all my data to it. And guess what, it doesn’t work either. I really need some help cause I don’t wanna start all over and make a new Xbox live account.

If you currently have an active subscription like Game Pass, have you tried turning on/off recurring billing (you can always revert the changes after)? This has resolved the error for a lot of others. To try this, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services where you can manage your subscriptions and payments.

The replacement hard drive didn’t make any difference to the issue because your equipment and console itself aren’t related to this account specific error.

I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

If that's the case, please try turning off recurring billing temporarily and give it a new try.

If that doesn't work, please double check if you have app passwords enabled. If that's the case, create a new one and give it a new try
