    Why I can't create a familiar group?


    When I try to create a familiar group, the system says "We can't do this at this moment. Please, try later". But I have been trying this during 4 days! And all my friends can did it! What's wrong?

    on my laptop, Windows 10, Microsoft Edge 'Chromium'.

    I also tried on the Xbox Android App, at it gives me the same error. And I don't know how to contact to an Microsoft worker...
