    Why i can't buy a Xbox game pass ultimate subscription?


    I have two questions and hope you can help me Why i can't buy a Xbox game pass ultimate subscription? :)

    When I try to buy the Xbox game pass ultimate subscription it appears:

    Check the account

    The option to pay for an existing subscription has been declined and is blocking this purchase.

    1. How can I cancel the existing subscription? It says that I have to pay to continue with the subscription but I didn't have enough balance on my account to pay it.

    2. Can I buy a 1 month trial subscription having a lower balance on my account than it costs? By example, i have $3000 Colombian pesos in my account, the trial costs $2000 Colombian pesos but after trial it costs $25900 Colombian pesos. Idk if you understand

    That would be why you can't redeem it then...from the FAQs in the link I posted before:

    "If you were previously subscribed or currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC, or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will not be able to redeem the two month trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!"

    Xbox Live Glitch

    When you upgraded to Game Pass Ultimate it converted the Xbox Live into Ultimate, which is why it might show Xbox Live canceled on the date you see. Also, buying any Xbox Live, Game Pass codes will be converted into the Game Pass Ultimate subscription time.

    I think this opportunity is temporary. Microsoft can and probably will stop the possibility of exchanging game pass and live gold subscriptions for game pass ultimate, since the price and subscriptions are not the same. Few xbox users will buy a game pass ultimate subscription with the possibility of free exchange for example: live gold on ultimate!

    Gold membership when purchasing Game pass ultimate

    When renewing an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription it converts the three months xbox live to 1 month xbox live. You can wait untill the subscription has fully ended to redeem three months of xbox live. I recommend buying many months or a year of xbox
    live then buying one month of game pass ultimate it will change the whole subscription to xbox game pass ultimate. This can only go up to 36 months

    EA is included with Game Pass Ultimate. Do you have that level of subscription? If not, that's why you can't download those games.
