Why I can't apply for after-sale service for my gamepad

Where did you buy it?

Warranty is only ib the country if sale so if you purchase it from the us then you have to shop it to the states and have a us return address

There is no international warranty

If you have a us account for the sake of us account you need to change the region of the device.Microsoft.com website at the bottom of the page

Maybe, maybe not. But then again the advice above still applies. If you think you're better at Sales and Marketing, apply for the Job.

Title says it all I suppose, but after using my elite controller for a short while the left hand grip has started to fall out. I am quite disappointed that, given the price point, this would happen. Is there anything that can be done or do I have
to buy a new one?

Hello VernalThe Devil, releasing the rubber grip at the ELITE gamepad is, unfortunately, an occasional problem, but it is already working on the second version of the ELITE gamepad where this problem is resolved.

If you have a gamepad under warranty (as a standard 1 year warranty on the gamepad), send your gamepad to a workshop. Ask for a claim on Microsoft's website.

If you do not already have a gamepad in the warranty, it is also good to contact a certified service team to repair the gamepad professionally.

I would if my resume was good enough. I would be great at marketing. Here is the thing though. All the schooling in the world cannot teach common sense even though a degree is the most important thing needed when applying for a job like that. Could that
be why Xbox Live Gold members still only make up about 25% of the user base?

Hi i doesn`t have a Xbox console. I have an issue with my xbox one gamepad and Samsung TV model UE50MU6100UXRU.

After gamepad firmware update 4.8.1923, my TV cant recognize my xbox one gamepad, before the update it worked fine.

I`m plugging gamepad directly to USB port of my TV to play games via steam app.

On PC my controller working perfectly.

Gamepad firware update i made with accesory Xbox app which i downloaded from microsoft store.

Can i downgrade firmware of my gamepad somehow?
