why i cant acces the link to change my region? the link is not working on the office support

well, with this promotion i had a hunch that this will be happening and printscreened my all xbox show with timestamps and such. Mixer support already "cant help with this issue" and redirecting to xbox live support, which does not working live now.

seems that some problem was with my mixer acc link to microsoft acc. after suggestion to unlink mixer from microsoft acc failed - "failed to link microsoft account - unknown error ocurred" i got answer that "It does looks like your account is linked properly"...
so, with the almaust year of waiting to get this skin im feeling bad for the technical issues that caused i do not have this skin...

since latavia isnt a valid xbox live region why did you change it

i wasnt on a trial offically i just found after i done a when sreach for it and download it cant remember the link for it and i even looked for it again the link no longer working so i couldnt send u the link
