Why i can not open My rewards app

The app was discontinued in April. You can view Rewards from the Rewards tab in your profile now.

Hi,

This is the 1st time I have logged into the app via my work vpn as the rewards are not dropping when I use the app at home which is the UK and where my account is registered and the uk region is selected.

I thought to try the app during my lunch break to see if the reward had dropped as it has been delayed in the past which is when I noticed the difference in rewards.

I have never had or intended to use the app via a vpn I just find it curious why other regions can earn 105 points for the same activities that only reward 40 points in the uk.

As someone who already treats Microsoft rewards like a job, i am earning money after all, i enjoy the up in daily rewards. However i don't understand why the quests are now hidden in my profile. The rewards app was a perfectly sound place for everything.
Is this maybe a way to rework the rewards app or do away with it?

Hey everyone I had this issue and found out that the reason was because of my NAT type being on strict so I tested my Nat type on the xbox one settings and this changed and updated it from strict to open.

I can now open the Microsoft Reward App without it popping up "Change system location".

when my achievements are not registering in the rewards app, I have noticed that, if you log into the reward app before you open the game you are going to play to get the achievement; it will register when you receive the achievement..

I make it a habit now to always login the reward at first before I start playing and it always works when I do so..
