Why i been charged for 18.26 on my account from Microsoft

Based on your description, you can confirm the charge by signing your Microsoft account on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History > select the date of range (The date when the 18.26 was charged.)

If it doesn't show there, check your other email accounts' Order History.

Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that your payment card is linked to their accounts.

If the charge can't be found, I would highly suggest you reach out to your financial institution to file a dispute for it as this will be considered a fraudulent charge. They should apply it right away on their end so that the money is refunded back to your payment method.

Sorry it's not a billing issue. My account has been stolen, and Microsoft support has charged me to restore my accounts but that didn't happen. Now I can't access anything to do with the email address and my Live account has been stolen?? As of right now
I can't even log on to my PC and support is once again trying to fix it. How was this my fault, and why am I being charges?

There is a charge on my credit card that is a Microsoft subscription that I did not authorize, and is not associated with my Microsoft account. I need to cancel that, and I haven’t found anyone to speak to about that.

If the charge isnt appearing on your own Microsoft account then the only option would be to have your bank block the charges because cancelling/refunding the charges from the Microsoft end would require having access to the account that the charges are originating from.
