    HOW?, when I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on xbox and Microsoft is it that I can not cuss at all, beat one of these disrespectful kids in kills and they are able to just report somebody and get us banned. Knowing I didn't break the rules. Keep playing microsoft I will switch to Playstation real quick.

    Yes that is correct because that is the rules you agreed to when creating your account. So yes, you did break the rules if you were cussing at someone.

    If you look at Playstation's rules they are almost exactly identical. They dont allow profanity either.

    Just for a heads up the article is incorrect as they are not offering free games to any HW issue just a specific HW issue I won't disclose which. And yes it is a nice move but once again NOT for every HW issue.
