Why?????help plz cannot purchase any bc games on xb1

Portal 2 backwards compatibility

Only the BC games show up on the XB1 store. Otherwise you have to purchase via X360 or Xbox.com.

Halo Wars on the XB1 refuses to load...

I was terribly excited to get wars bc on the xb1... only to have it not read the disc with error 0X8082000c... disk works fine in the 360... other bc games work great on the xb1... just wars that says, "uh, no"

any clues or suggestions???

 

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console until it shuts down to see if that helps. Otherwise you can search for and purchase the content you want on xbox.com
