Why haven’t my fifa point loaded

Kindly check your transaction thru https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to make sure that you're on the right account where it was purchased or check if you can see the transaction stated as "completed".

Once confirmed, kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on then check your game again.

This hasn’t helped and I still haven’t received my fifa points it has been more than 24 hours

You can try re-syncing your account into the console. Ensure that you know your Microsoft account and password before doing so and your console is connected to the internet.

-Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

-Profile & System > Settings > Account > Remove account

-Select the account that you want to remove, and then select "Remove" to confirm.

-Once done, select Close.

Then, you can restart your console > long-press Xbox button on the controller > Restart

Lastly, sign in to your account again by:

-Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

-Go to Sign in > Add new

Once done, check the game again.
