Why haven't I received my controller back

Sent My controller back for repairs as it was still under warranty ups provide proof that it was delivered to microsoft repairs I waited 2 months and heard nothing... so I called microsoft support and the lady told me she will send me out a replacement (this was 2weeks ago) and that I will get a call 5th Feb 2025(today) I've heard nothing back nor have I received my replacement or anything to compensate.. its absolutely unprofessional that I've not been sent back something I have paid for. I called microsoft today and nothing has been done about this situation..

The turnaround time for Xbox controller repairs can vary, but typically it takes around between 7 to 21 days, including shipping time, depending on the region and the repair center's workload.

If your controller was already sent for repair and it's been longer than this timeframe, I recommend you to do a follow up with Xbox Support: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us to gather updates.

To set your expectations properly, as an Independent Advisor and your fellow gamer we do not have direct access to your account and we can't check repair status too which is why directing you to Xbox Support should help you out validating the status of your controller repair.

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too soon to see credits pending for April purchases.

My controller broke on 2/5, they received it on 2/17, and I haven't received anything back yet. Nice one microsoft, you lose a client here.

If it's been over 96 hours since the purchase, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.
