Why havent I received my achievement form DOOM:The dark ages I've met all the requirements...

Completed most of doom offline then took my Xbox to a friends place to hook it up online and wait for the cheevos to start pouring through. One came thru when I started the game up and then another when I met requirements I had already met. Removed and
redownloaded my account as suggested by an ambassador in chat. That ddid nothing except now that I have come home ALL other game saves except doom are gone. POOF. I spent a LOT of time almost completing all the games I own and all save data is gone. Hundreds
of hours. Gone. Almost 13 days of fallout 4 gone. Days of dark souls 3 gone. Everything is gone except my doom save. Wrt please help me guys I'm losing my mind here

Since The Long Dark met the requirements to complete the offer, this purchase alone completed the offer, and Fe did not go towards the Go West Rewards offer. In order to complete the achievements part of the offer, you will need five achievements from The
Long Dark.

I have the same problem with doom it has been 10 after i pre ordered doom and i havent received the doom 1-2 codes

Have you checked your achievement progress online?

You can check the progress of your achievement online to verify that your console has synchronized with the network.

To view your achievements online:

Sign in at Xbox.com.

Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Xbox profile > Achievements.

Select the title of the achievement that you're trying to unlock.

If the achievement appears under Achievements, it's already unlocked.

If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronized with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place

Sure, I hope it gets unlocked after that timespan
