Why haven’t I gotten the Xbox Gold badge ?

in order to access the forums you need to have the badge, as for why you dont have the badge after so long is a different story, they recently pulled raw data to update a good 1000 badges, dont know why you havent gotten yours yet

Its because the badge might have been for gold member not through game pass ulimate

It’s been about over a week ago since people started getting that new xbox live badge on there profiles. Almost everyone I’ve come across has this new badge. I don’t understand why I haven’t gotten it. I know that you only get the badge if you had xbox live gold before Xbox gamepass core was released, but I’ve had gold before that. I have a 2 on my profile which pretty sure means that’s how many years I’ve had Xbox live gold/ultimate. But I’ve seen players with a 1 on there profile and they have this badge. I just don’t understand if I was just left out or if I had to do something to get it or if I’m just still needing to wait. Hope someone can help/explain.

The Gold tenure badge is pretty cool, I'm working on year 5. I've also gotten codes for Gears of War and Forza for owning the previous games

so I have refunded the game and haven’t gotten my money back and I can’t play the game why does that happen
