Why havent I been unbanned yet if I was meant to have on the 5th

If your ban is over and you are still seeing the effects of it, follow these steps:

1. Remove your account from your Xbox
2. Restart your console by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart
3. Add back the account.

You can also double check your privacy settings by

1. Going to https://account.xbox.com/en-US/settings/home? and click privacy settings.
2. Then scroll down to "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites?" and select "Everyone"
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save

You should first check and make sure that your suspension is over and did not get a extension added to it. To do this go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US sign in and click on the orange hammer in the top left. This will take you to your enforcement history page. If your suspension got an extension you can file a case review.

If your suspension really should be over then doing a power cycle usually fixes this.

To do a power cycle: You will need to press and HOLD the power button on your CONSOLE until the LIGHT turns OFF. Next you will need to unplug your console from the wall and wait 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes are up restart the console.

What makes you say you have enforcement action on your account or console? To check, we noticed that the date on that photo shows 3/4/16. Has this been an issue you've been experiencing for two years?

Additionally, please try signing into your account on your Xbox One console and letting us know what error message you see by sending us a screenshot of it.
