    One completed jogsaw and one three quarters completed are now in bits - why have I lost them?

    click on jigsaws starts to load and when boxes come up to click on what you want it jumps back to main puzzle screen been doing for 2 days please fix

    Jigsaw is not signing in

    And again, like everyone else I am having trouble signing into Jigsaw. All the jigsaws have reset to the start format.

    Hey there, Faulted!

    This can happen if users are not signed in to their account when playing games, or playing offline and then going back online. This can cause the online version of the save to sync with the offline, and sometimes they revert back to how they were before
    the user went offline.

    If it happens again and you're playing online the entire time, please let me know! I'd like to dig further into it with you, so post back with what collection and puzzle it did it on so I can test here. Why have my jigsaws been put back to the start :)

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

    Hi

    I have now been able to download Microsoft Jigsaw from the store but it has not connected to the cloud to reinstate all my series. Jigsaw downloaded every single series treating each as new. I certainly don't want to rebuild all the series again.

    Any suggestions how to get my scores and series back from the cloud?
