Why have I received a 2nd suspension while the 1st is still active.

I received an 8 day communications suspension which is completely justified, but 2 days later is revived a 15 day account ban. Considering the 1st left me unable to communicate with anyone, I can't do anything that'd warrant a 2nd active suspension even if I tried. It also says "no details available at this time" which is beyond ridiculous considering the issue.

The website has been useless and the contact us section has been even less so. There's absolutely no reason for me receive a 2nd when the 1st is STILL ACTIVE. If this is genuine and not a mistake that's beyond ridiculous, that is if anyone of note is actually reading this, which I doubt considering how useless everything else on this site has been. This needs removed or at the very least shortened

What's most likely happened is that while investigating your first suspension the enforcement team have discovered another breach of the ToU/CoC & that's why another suspension has been added.

There's no time limit on when you can be suspended for something so this could be something that happened months ago or longer.

Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time,your 2nd suspension would of been for something you did before your 1st suspension.

Hi. 1st. If the core services have been affecting my online experience for 2 weeks. Why am I just reading about it now ? 2nd. While using speedtest.net. I chose the server that was not based on the best ping. I could have chosen a server 200 miles
away and received a much better result. Thank you for your response, however, if i wanted to manipulate my speeds i wouldn't make them worse, would I ?
