    Why have i not received my rewards points for Ghost Recon Wildlands?


    Hello! I have a question, and this question concerns a issue. I purchased Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands from the microsoft store, according to my rewards page I should have been rewarded with 12,000 points on my xbox rewards, and 60 points on my microsoft
    rewards. Why have i not received my rewards? Two phone calls and a few hours later, unhelped and displeased, i hope that the support i have been unable to find will be here.

    Why have i not received my rewards points for Ghost Recon Wildlands?

    Support will check on the rewards credits here (keep in mind those should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped), but for help with the Microsoft Rewards points, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The
    2 rewards programs are separate.
