Why have I not got my points rewarded yet.

I got an email saying there is a problem with my points not being sent to me. Why have they not been sent?

Haven't gotten my October MyVIP Star Rank Points

I haven't gotten my MyVIP Star Rank Points for October. Every month they get deposited at the end of the month, but I got nothing deposited for October. Yet I ordered several games in October, and should have gotten rewarded. So I don't know why I didn't
get any of my points.

Rewards isn’t right

I have been a member for a long time, followed the missions yet I haven’t earned any punches, or points. I don’t understand. can buy from my Xbox and still get rewarded? Plus I have had gold for longer than he 6 months, yet still haven’t got rewarded for
that. Pls send your reply to my alternate email.

Hi. it was in August 2021. It registered as complete and I got the reward points. Just not yet received the giftcard.

I think I may also be having an problem since I just yesterday tried to use the

5,000 Rewards Credits for 250 Gems but I have yet to get an redeem email code for it, not really sure where I need to go for them to send me my code anyway, it sounds related to some of these problems report on this forum. I think
it should convert the points to Microsoft rewards points correct, so I can use it on my xbox one, anyway if it was an direct $5 dollar deposit that would be fine, but I don't think its show up on my account yet. it sounds like their having problems with some
of these 250 gem rewards , I used an 100 gem rewards also yesterday I got an email for that one, but not my 250 gem reward yet.
