Why have i not been told how long my ban is for

Although Xbox Support does not have the power to ban/ revoke a ban, they can check information about your enforcement details.

I was Cr banned and I was never told why or for how long and I received it while in a game of Griffball

he was banned for that chat as i have been told my xbox but even they dont know why but i cant be asked with this no more i just think it bad how you can get banned and not told why and i think they need to find away for you to be able to fight your side
