Why have I lost all fornite purchases after changing some account details

We have lost all account details

I submit an appeal, but it was denied within a few hours with no details as to why. How is this fair? What about all of my purchases (games, DLCs, etc)? How can I access those now? Are those all lost to me?

This why pro players pick a location in real life of players skill base and that is why you see bot lobby on some players that stream because of IP address and location.

This one guy have number 1 wins in fornite his lobby people shoot builds with a shotgun 24/7 not use there smgs and his account level is 3k but the players honestly horrible they can’t build or shoot correctly and he can box them in the storm die in fornite.

Fornite is cross platform across PS4, Xbox, Switch, PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. All of them can play together as long as they have it selected, enabled in their account for Epic, and their Xbox account configured if it's a child account. If he was able
to play earlier in the week, but isn't able to now (assuming you didn't change his settings) the most likely issue would be something that needs to be done on the Epic (Who makes Fornite) account.
