why have i got no points

hey all ive been a member of xbox rewards for almost 3 months ive renewed my xbox gold membership 2 times, played many diffrent games and got alot of achievments and purchases since then. so how do i still have 0 reward points and no vip movement am i missing
something?

hi, I have been dealt with a ban today and it is for two weeks. When I got an email saying I got banned their was no specific reason on why I got banned. Can you tell me why I got banned because at this point have have been banned for no reason.

 

I got banned and have no idea why?

I honestly have no clue what I have done, I've talked to only a few friends over the past week and I usually almost never even have my mic on. I was just playing and it said this account has been signed in onto another console and when I tried to connect
again it said I was banned for until 2/12/12. My account isnt on any other console that I know of and I am the only one that knows the password. It said an email has been sent regarding the ban and with information. the email address is a very old one that
I dont know the password for and I cant get on it. What did I do?

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing. Achievements will only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

There is no offer to receive Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. Let us know if you see anything in our FAQ that says this, as that information would be very, very outdated. As Smwutches says, achievements only award Credits as part of specific offers.
