    why have i gone back to vip one


    my xbox rewards was vip 3 and it suddenly went to vip 1 why has this happened as I'm always buy from store

    I was on myvip 12% but this gone down to 3%

    HI

    just looked at my VIP and i had 12% but now its gone back to 3%

    I was wondering why my VIP star rank hasn't gone to the next level after my recent purchase and pre-order of a game?

    why have i gone back to vip one

    When you say "suddenly" did you just notice it and maybe have not looked in awhile? Or did you have 3 stars on April 1st and now you have 1 star?

    I ask because the program does reset MyVip every year on December 31st (it runs from January 1st to December 31st). It then resets and your spending from the next year will determine your star rank for the following year. So you may have been 3 stars in
    2016 but only spent enough during 2016 to be 1 star in 2017, so on January 1 we were changed to 1 star and now your spending this year will change that for next year.

    If that is not the case and you were very recently 3 star and went down to 1 then you will need the staff to review your account and reply to you here. They work monday - friday from 9am to 5pm PST. They do not work weekends
    so you may not hear from them until Monday or Tuesday.

    VIP Items? Where are they?

    I noticed I didn't get any VIP rewards then went to the marketplace last night and saw that there was the VIP add-on that wasn't downloaded. So I downloaded it.

    Nothing happened in the game, so I quit the game and restarted.

    Then ALL OF MY TOKENS were gone.

    I now have 0, instead of the measly 25 that I had. Nor do I have the VIP reward. Nor do I show as a VIP on any leaderboards. I can't do the VIP race. I don't get increased EXP.

    This is pretty weak

    I have noticed that my previous VIP pass isn't working, an that all VIP Map Packs have disappeared from both the in-game store and Xbox Live Marketplace, as well as he Map Pack 7/Vietnam Update. Just gone from the face of the earth.
