Why have I been granted a refund, but on my purchase page it doesn’t come up as refunded?

Hi, I’m struggling to understand how this means I’m at my limit as it doesn’t say what the limit was when I scrolled down to read eligibility, so does this mean the limit is 2 The in game currency that I have bought has not been Used at all so why shouldn’t I be granted a refund?

There has been issues with the refund software, hence why there has been a delay. Everyone who has been granted a refund should get it once the software issues have been fixed.

Refund requests are granted only up to 14 days or less after purchase of the digital item.
If you're requesting a refund for digital items purchased more than 14 days your refund request is going to be denied

I requested all refunds within 1-2 days of purchasing and they had all been accepted for refund but I have not received the refund itself going on a few months now.

According to Request a refund for digital games | Xbox Support it says

Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

• Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date
  
• Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time
  

Yet I requested a refund ~2 hours after purchase with 1 hour and 1 minute of play time and was told by the automated system and by the manual refund process that there is no refunds at all.

"We're really sorry we can't give you a refund. Our refund policy doesn't allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed. Thanks for understanding."

The refund policy page also says "Be aware that submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a refund, especially if it doesn’t meet the above criteria."

So according to that refunds are never a guarantee

I have replied asking why its been rejected but no one is coming back to me.

It was Fifa Points...

Ok if it was FIFA points then that is why your refund was denied since in game currency purchases are not eligible for refund.

The reason those types of purchases aren't eligible for refunds is because:

1. Microsoft has no way of seeing that the FIFA points havent been used.

2. Most of the money spent on in game currency purchases are given to the developers of the game said in game currency is for and those developers generally wont refund Microsoft that money so if they did end up giving you a refund it would be out of Microsofts
own pocket.
