Why have i been com banned 3 times?

Yesterdat i got in an argument with a friend in a party, it got intense and rough things where said.

but i didn't think he would go as far as reporting me twice just to be petty as he said himself.

the argument has been fixed but my com ban is still in effect!

he reported 2 messages getting me a 2 day ban and an 8 day ban stacked.

today i was just playing a game and i get a mail saying i got com banned again for 14 days?

if i go to the support page a tab comes up with the ban saying it alert?

i haven't spoken to anyone or send rude messages, and on the report itself it says no info about why or what?

i don't wanne get permabanned for no reason. Please anyone know what i can do?

i have indeed found out its a department apart. though suport did point me in the right direction.
i hope things don't get worse for no reason and i can go back to playing with friends!

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

Callback or web chat will only connect you with support and they have nothing to do with Enforcement nor can influence it as Enforcement is a self-enclosed department. The only way to contact Enforcement is via the appeal process...if it is denied, then there is nothing else you can do unfortunately
