    Why hasn't Nitrado received the server payment from Microsoft?


    I am a first-time renter for Nitrado and wanted to rent an Xbox One Ark Survival Evolved server for me and a few friends. The server provider I chose is in Los Angeles USA and I purchased the server through the Xbox app for $15.49 and received the confirmation email from Microsoft, but the server has yet to appear in my Nitrado account and it has been 3 days since the purchase. I contacted Nitrado and they have not received the payment yet, and I was wondering how long it takes for the payment to be sent to Nitrado. I also tried going through the Xbox Microsoft support, but that didn't help and I could not find a support email. Does anyone have any suggestions on this matter? I would greatly appreciate the assistance.

    More info, I rent Ark servers from Nitrado. Some players are able to join the servers and others are not able to join.

    For what game did you rent a Nitrado server?

    I assume you are probably trying to rent a Minecraft server, right? The Xbox and Windows 10 version of Minecraft do not support Nitrado Minecraft servers. They only support Realms and a few selected online community servers.

    If I misunderstood your post, please describe in more detail what Nitrado server you got for what.

    But scottb13321, but, what I know is that Microsoft actually does not restrict servers from Nitrado. :/

    why can't you submit the support ticket to them? as it is their servers they are the ones who have the ability to help you
