why hasnt my refund come back?

does anyone know how long it takes for a refund from microsoft to come back into my bank as ive been waiting 10 days for it to go back in my bank and its starting to annoy me

You can try the refund it. Also the collection is on game pass, excpt for the new one , because well it hasnt come out

Refunds generally take up to 3-5 business days so if hasnt been 3-5 days since this happened then thats why your bank doesnt see the refund yet. The refund has yet to hit your bank

Im a bit upset myself. Skate 3 has been on the "future games" list since back como started. Why hasnt it come out yet? Xbox brags up how great backwards compatibility is, then gives us a junk small collection of junk in january. The "new games coming each
month" list hasnt changed other than 1 or 2 games since it has started. Just release the *** games

Im going to tell my visa company xbox hasnt provided a refund or my game and they will reverse that charge for me. Visa will have your back first. Same thing happend with me with wwe 13 and that was *** 67 bucks.
