Why has this sub become a Microsoft support sub?

Sorry echo21 it wouldnt renew to a yearly sub, it would renew to a one month sub. Putting the 1 month code on delayed the renewal form the free month and the period between the 12th of July and the 11th of August is the period where the sub has renewed but
hasnt been able to take payment, this is why the account has become suspended now. You get roughly a month to sort out the balance before it would be suspended.

As stated already only Support can really assist with this and paying the balance would be the only resolution. You can then turn off renewal to stop this from happening again.

Have deleted the app and reinstalled it as well as resetting it , all stuff support got me to do but for whatever reason the app isn't recognizing the sub the account is linked to and prompts me to update info and when click on update now takes me to the right Microsoft account which has a active sub , support can see there is a active sub but don't know what the issue as my pc doesn't need any updates and none of my other pc subs are having issue only gamepass was hoping someone else has had a similar issue.

I usually play without subtitles when I'm wearing my headset since the sound is much better with it on.

Subtitles are always on since I tend to mishear things often.

Plus I've been training myself to read subtitles with my Korean Dramas (I am not fluent in Korean) so even if a subtitle shows up for less than half a second, I can usually catch it.

I always have subtitles on so I don't miss anything if my roomates start causing a ruckus.
