    why has my xbox leleted everything but my games?


    I turned on my xbox today, after. not playin for 2 hours. and I find my xbox has deleted everything. I was greeted with not being able to sign into either of my accounts as they no longer exist. I could only click skip account or add new. when going to the home screen my games are still there yet they have all be reset, with no saved progress and none of my trophies and screenshots. I am mad is I've just lost 2 years progress over 5 games for no reason. what can I do??

    My first game on the xbox was Halo on the original xbox, nowadays xbox has pretty much everything at your fingertips, thats why i love it

    Hello, My name is King. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

    - Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    - Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

    - Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

    If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you disconnect and plug the HDMI on different ports on both devices.

    This has nothing to do with Xbox One and everything to do with my CURRENT Xbox having this problem...Why was it moved?
