Why has my series x stopped reading certain discs again?!

I invested in a entertainment machine that is supposed to play discs and only reads whatever it wants when it wants. I’m not the only one this had happened to with no clear fix and read the prior posts for info you are asking twice about there keyboard warrior

You invested i. a game system that happens to play Blu-rays. You didn't invest i. something designed to be used nightly for your entertainment

So by playing Blu-rays you didn't mean movies you mean games correct?

Are the discs working in other consoles?

I have tried all steps. It works with some dvds but not others it works with some blu rays but not all it works with some Xbox one games but not all. This is ridiculous.

No it’s not under warrenty anymore and last time I sent it in for SAME PROBLEM. Microsoft lost my Xbox shipped me a refurbished one that hard crashed when I played games and now this one that ran fine until y’all started bricking disc drives to promote all digital!….

On all of the troubleshooting and suggestions that we had offered, it seems like that your Xbox Console might have hardware issues in regards to reading the game discs or discs that you insert on your console. Thus, we do have very limited resources here on any hardware issues involved on your console.

For now, what we can recommend is that to reach out to our Xbox Live Support team for any hardware issues that you can share to them regarding with this. It's best to work with them as they have the necessary tools to further investigate the issue and provide you with a timely resolution with your concern.

• Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located
  
• If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.

THERE ARE NO SCRATCHES ON ANY OF MY DISCS AND THEY ALL WORK FINE IN MY ONE S THE SERIES X DRIVE HAS BEEN BRICKED BY MICROSOFT TO PROMOTE ALL DIGITAL.
