why has my Gta shark card not been added to my online game

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. To begin, could you please check if the purchase is showing in your Microsoft Order History and marked as 'Completed'? You can sign in and verify that here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If the order is listed as completed, that means the Shark Card purchase should be applied to your account. However, in some cases, it may take up to 24–48 hours for the in-game currency to reflect. You can perform the steps below to see if it be reflected:

A. REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, remove to confirm.

4. Select Close.

B. POWER DRAIN

1. Make sure that your console is turned on then unplug the power cable at the back to turn it off.

2. Press the power button for about 15 seconds even though it's already off. (This will remove the remaining power on your Xbox)

3. Wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable

4. Turn on console and wait for the dashboard to appear before signing in

However, if it is not showing there but you got charged for it, in most cases, the charge will be dropped within a couple of hours.

the most often reason for such an issue is that players had purchased the wrong version of the cards.

The cards for GtA XB1 are not compatible with the Xbox Series versions and vice versa.

So first you should check in your order history if you'd purchased the right version. If not refund the wrong purchase and buy the right one.

So why is it that you are not allowed to gift shark cards. You can gift anything else but shark Cards. I have unused credit in my microsoft account but the only thing played is gta v and i want to buy shark cards for that game. But I can only purchase
it for my own account. I cannot transfer it nor can I buy a gift card with my credit even tho I purchased the gift cards myself to put on the account. And now im being told GTA V SHARK CARDS CANNOT BE GIFTED !!! Why !!??!?! Please help

Actually support cannot help with this. It has to be dealt with through Rockstar Games. Just follow the instructions at this link please.
