Why has it tried charging me twice

Hello

I put an order in on my xbox for a new galaxy xbox an when i did the money was charged immediately didnt think twice of it got the track order an it said pending okay ill wait a few days 8 days go by im on my way home an i receive another charge for my xbox that i ordered over a week ago that I was charged for it took the money out of my account

Sorry to hear about the confusion, however, when you place your order, you'll see an authorization hold. This temporary hold is used to verify that your payment method is valid and functional. The hold will automatically be released back to your account based on your bank's processing time for authorization holds.

You will only be charged in full once your order has shipped. I recommend checking your bank transactions or reaching out to your bank for further details on how they process authorization holds.

I spent $21 and it charged me twice. Why does it charge me twice this is not the first time this has happened.
