Why has it not gave me my 4600 fifa point

If we may ask, did you purchase EA FC 24 Ultimate Edition and 4600 FC points is not showing in your account? To check, to check the following:

• Make sure that the purchase went through by checking your order history here Microsoft Account | Order History. If you see it in your order history, it may take up to 48 hours for it to be applied in-game.
  
• If it does not show up, then the purchase was not completed and will need to be attempted again. Please check that your payment methods are up to date, Microsoft Account | Manage Your Payments and try again.
  
• If you continue to have issues with getting your virtual currency to appear, please contact EA support here and submit a request for assistance Contact EA

The same thing has just happened to me, bought 4600 fifa points, money has been taken from my bank - but I havent received the email "order receipt" I then tried to buy 100 fifa points afterwards to see if the 4,600 would come through with the 100. They didnt, and I got an order receipt for the 100 points.

I'd quite like my money back, but how would I do this without the Microsoft receipt?

Are you able to see this add-on included with your FIFA 23 Ultimate in your Microsoft account order history with status completed?

If everything looks good this means that Microsoft approved the purchase and everything is good from their side, you may need to reach EA support again with proof of purchase
