Why has it been 4 days and my game still says pending

Do you have any updates? I am in a similar position. I ordered the Xbox One ‘build your own bundle’ with Forza Horizon 4. The game has shipped and is supposed to be here Monday but my console still says pending. However, the $317 has already been taken
out of my account. When the game gets here on Monday and if the console is still pending I plan to call Microsoft Support.

I completely agree. My main problem is that they took the money out of my account and held it. Four days later they refunded it and said they couldn't process the payment. They then said to change the payment method otherwise they will cancel the order.
So, I switched it to a credit card and to this day it's still pending. Another 4 days later that is. It has been pending over a week now and I haven't been told once by MS that it was due to Covid.

My status in the Preview is still pending. It has been pending for a few days now. Am I missing something? How long does it normally take?
