I want to get help whit fortnite

I dont know am i at the right place but im gonna tell you

I played the game (Fortnite) and i get a new pc at

rtx 2060

ryzen 5 3600

16gb ram

my problem is when I play your game I have 100% cpu usage and a very low gpu usage 20-30%

I play on performance mode and i have about 100 fps and thats not enough for me i dont know what is the problem and i tryed to watch tutorials to fix it but i cant

Hello again, in fact in most cases you can't because the games and applications were made from scratch this way, which maybe you can if your graphics card allows it to use more GPU.

you would be better opening a ticket with the owners of the game Epic, they will be better at resolving the issue.

a couple of things to try

make sure all your drivers are up to date including the nvidia gpu driver and that the OS is also fully up to date.

switch to dx12 in the in game settings to see if that works

what computer are you using, custom build, laptop, pre built desktop.
