why dont yuo ever answer peoples questions direectly?

this isnt as much of a question as it is a statement about your product and service downfall over the last 5 years. Ive looked up many questions asked on your websites leading from controller connection issues all the way to gaming disconnection issues. My final conclusion after reading all of the problems listed is that it seems either your employees arent really sure what their doing, or corporate is purposefully diverting these issues until people give up and buy new products to influx more purchases when they have completely functioning products. ALL of the controller connection issues asked have never been answered directly and even the times ive connected to live customner services we go through all the troubleshooting that i toold them didnt work and then whomever ive spoken to admits theyre not sure why these issues are occuring and tell me to send my product in for refurbishment which could cost up to 100 dollars dependent on the issue. The reasoni say these things is because i have been a devoted xbox and microsoft production consumer, and im truly worried that the company is taking a turn for the worst. SO bad that it may get to the point where consumers see no benefits in continuing to be consumers. PLEASE microsoft do something to ensure ease of access for communication between you and your customers, and that of hardware connection problems. I believe i speak for the rest of your community when i say we truly want to see you prosper as a gaming development franchise and we want to continue to buy your product but how can we if it simply does not work.

Question: Will you ever return to a thread you create and thank people for answering your random questions? Like for example, this one... Why ask all of these questions if you never acknowledge the answers?

Nobody can answer your question "Why?" because Microsoft has not given a reason why the system works this way or whether it will ever be changed. So people on the forums can only confirm that it is the way it works, and there is no work-around.

well, I had asked a simple question.. I can see why the xbox people dont answer themselves now... just my other xbox 360 die, so why didnt microsoft do it for this game....
