You need to change it on your Microsoft Account profile page, on your Xbox profile and then on the device you're going to buy/play games (in your case, on the computer).

I'm sure they'd want to expand, but there hasn't been any official word on if/when that would happen.

I dont think they have support for albania, i dont understand why i was able to play first week of march with the same account, i didnt change privacy option or other settings just turned on xbox and went to FUT fifa 18 to play online.
