why don't we have the right to post in any game club we choose

I'm sorry to say it's nothing help for me,I can't even create a Forza horizon 4 club. Yesterday i test my xbox setting：if I choose the xbox privacy and online security setting‘create or join a club’ to ‘forbidden’，I
can't get into the ‘club’ interface in game; when I choose to 'allowed',I can browse the ‘club’ interface,but still not allowed to create or join any clubs. I don't know why is it.

Atleast it's free to make a club this time around. I think it cost 50k in Forza 1. It puts your club abreviation in front of your gamertag now (in game) and that's a nice touch. There could still br improvements but it's headed in the right direction.
I also wish you could have more members and be in more than one club but we don't get any of that in this version of the game.
