Why don't the Rewards Quests work in the Android Xbox Beta app once a week?

I just verified via the Game Pass app on Android. It does NOT include the Metro series quests via that app, so will not be required to complete Game Pass quest master quest.

Sometimes they add promotional reward quests, and the Rewards dashboard lumps all the quests together, and doesn't seperate the Game Pass specifics. You shouldn't need to purchase that game to complete the Game Pass quests. You can check your progress
with the Game Pass app available on iOS or Android.

There currently appears to be a widespread issue with the Microsoft Rewards App on Xbox, while you wait for a fix for this:

You can turn in quests and see other Microsoft rewards quests that are available using the Xbox Game Pass App.

To add to the advice already noted here, I have done this quest today on the Android version of the Game Pass app.

Once you have downloaded and logged into the Xbox Game Pass app for your device, navigate to Quests and you recieve the tick in the box for visiting the Game Pass App, scroll down to the bottom of that quest on the Game Pass App, and the Claim button should
be highlighted. Press claim and it should be accepted.

You dont actually need to navigate back to claim it through the rewards app, it can all be done in the game pass app itself. It took about 20 minutes after I pressed the claim button for it to reflect in my rewards points balance on the Microsoft Rewards
site and app on xbox.

If your doing the other quests also, the Lego Batman ones as per example, these can also be claimed in the Game Pass app without having to use the rewards one. Might save you a little time swapping apps.

This has been going on for two weeks now. The custom pic still hasn't updated anywhere. Again, I'm using the Xbox Beta app for Android.

on xbox live live status says gamepass quests are not working, which is strange because i have no issues with gamepass quests.

The issues is with the microsoft rewards on xbox app, which has been broken for months, but lazy trash at microsoft refused to do anything about it which why bing rewards should be closed down everytime i have issues with this app either you can't contact support because of issues at there end or make contact only to be ignored by trash who don't give a dam.
