Why don’t I see my money in my bank account after an approved refund

It can take at least 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund after it's been approved. Depending on the bank, it can sometimes take longer.

I requested a refund for a few packs on destiny 2, They got approved it says refunded but i havent got any money back,

How long ago was it approved? If you originally paid by a debit/credit card then it usually takes 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) after the refund is approved before youd actually see the balance back to your bank account.

I attempted to refund for one game and two dlcs my 10 yr old son bought online. The game was approved but still have not received the money, but the dlcs were not approved. This is not abuse of the refund system as we do need the money back, and would like to know how I can reappear for the refund please

You may want to give it some time as there might be a delay in processing the payment. If it takes so long you can either contact the developer or ask for a refund.

Regarding this latter, all you need to do is go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that made the purchase, select the items you want a refund for and then request the refund!

After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!
