    Why don't I own Minecraft even though I bought it?


    I bought Minecraft java and bedrock in August of 2024 and now that I have a different laptop I tried logging into my account it said that my account did not exist stating that if it was inactive for 365 days it would be deleted. Thinking it was deleted I remade it and when I did I did not own Minecraft and it didn't say that I had it in my purchase history I do have a receipt but I do not remember my Minecraft username. I did use a gift card to purchase it I tried to use the gift card again but it said I already used it what do I do!!!

    It's found and let's me sign in in my switch. I'm not actually sure i even HAD a Mojang account in the first place.

    I'm assuming you're referring to GTA V? That game is not available through Microsoft for PC. You would have to purchase it for PC in order to play it on PC.
