    Why don’t I have the option for the Xbox Mastercard?


    Hello! I’ve been a member of Xbox insider for 2 years and 8 months. How come when I go onto the Xbox insider app I don’t have the Xbox master card preview?

    Im in BC, Canada, using mastercard and have tried on xbox console, xbox.com and on billing.microsoft. On billing.microsoft there is no "Add new payment method option.

    Is anyone eles on disability having a hard time getting approved for the new xbox Mastercard or just me

    Are you an Xbox Insider? The Xbox Mastercard is currently only available to Xbox Insiders. Maybe that is why you were having a hard time getting approved for it.

    I brought like 6 games in the game store and I went out of town took my game with me and when I went to sign in none of my games were there it don’t even give me a option to go to a game store.

    Please check if you're able to see the games in your Microsoft account order history with the status “completed”
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If maybe you're not able to see the game listed there, make sure to change the filter “ordered within” to “all available”, and if you have more than one email address check the order history on each one.
