Why don’t I have more points/gems

hello I’ve been on Xbox for 15/16 years I joined rewards since it started why is my points/gems so low I buy games all the time and if I have until June 15 to use my gems why is everything out of stock please help me resolve this issue thanks g0tgame

Can’t exchange my vip gems

Don’t know how many times I wrote to you.

I want to exchange my vip games but on every offer it shows me out of order.

Is this a joke ?? I’m so damn angry.

This is the third month there is nothing I can exchange my gems for and your program ends soon.

I want to turn my gems into the rewards points .. 750 gems into 15000 rewardpoints.

How can a digital currency be out ??

I don’t understand ??

So please get me my points manually.

And don’t tell me you will stock up items from times to times cause you didn’t.

I tell you again since 3 months nothing I can turn my gems into something cause everything is out.

My vault vip rewards

I used 250 vip gems to get a prize of 5000 points . I don’t see the points deposited anywhere or showing as pending but I am out of 250 vip gems. Called Xbox support and the person I talked to couldn’t help me.anyone know if I’m Sol ?

We see multiple Credit and deposit events, as well as MyVIP payback for multiple months. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see
their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Gems only started in October, so they would not reflect your
entire Xbox Live Rewards tenure. Prizes go out of stock from the Vault once the available prizes are claimed by users.

That is why I ONLY play alone. I don’t have to worry about spawn camping the other team and I get a *** load more points and kills when not playing with my BF friends.

You are registered as a Netherlands Rewards Member. Since your purchases have not been made in that region's currency, they are not eligible for Rewards. Your current gems are from your two surveys (you currently have four).

Seems like some people have been cheating in some way to earn a buckload of Gems in some way to spend on everything almost, worth having in the Vault which again has given Microsoft a smack on it´s fingers big time, and made them lose more then they managed
to upkeep. Which again made them lose a huge amount of money, on this whole program.

Anyway, whatever the reason. They should refill the Vault, let people who have actually earned Gems over a longer period of time, choose their rewards of the things they mostly want.

I will be one of those to transfer from Xbox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards when it does come to that point. But I really think that 1 Gem should represent 1 Point, is really ridicolous. 1 Gem worth should rather be something like 5 Pts. Not 1 Point. I understand
the Xbox Rewards Points, those are really no problem being like 100 Points DOES equal 100 Points and done with it. So 1 Reward Point=1 Point. 1 Gemstone=5 Points.

This would be more fair.
