    Why don't I get Xbox rewards?


    I am already a member for quite some time of xbox live rewards.

    Since the moment I became member I have bought several things in the xbox store.

    Although I am aware that the things I bought were not part of any reward program, under mymissions I see that for (every?) purchase I should receive 1250 points.

    In the past I did not receive any points and yesterday I did a purchase again and I am expecting not to receive points again...

    So what's up with this? I believe I am entitled to receive points.

    Why don't I get the points

    Well, I own State of Decay, and according to xbox rewards there are points for it. So why aren't the points on my account? And yes, I bought the game, I didn't get it through Game pass or through a home console

    Why don't I get the points

    That is a promotion through the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. You would need to contact their

    customer support     for assistance. Keep in mind if you bought the game before the offer was available, it may not be eligible.

    Why i don't get any rewards points

    As stated in your other thread, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. That offer ended July 1, 2014.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since this offer just started, it would be too soon to see any eligible purchases for this offer.

    I thought xbox live rewards could not get any worst until now why switch to ms rewards its worst then xbox rewards.
